Greatways Realty Inc. is implementing a new policy to give back to our agents. Our new “Referral and Mentorship Program” allows each agent to become a passive income investor. For each referred agent employed by Greatways Realty Inc. you, the referrer, will receive 5% (Five Percent) of the referred agents commission generated under Greatways Realty Inc. indefinitely, so long as the referring agent remains licensed and employed by Greatways Realty Inc. Now this doesn’t come entirely free, as you become the designated mentor of the newly referred agent. Your job as the mentor is to guide the referral to a successful level of real estate competence or, in the case of an experienced Realtor, guide the referral on the specifics of working for Greatways Realty Inc., and of course you will receive plenty of support from the office in achieving these goals.
*Your 5% will be deducted from the sponsoring brokers commission split, so nothing will be taken from the referred agent.*
